Rapid disinfection with alcohol of non-invasive medical devices and surfaces. The product is suitable for the disinfection of medical devices and different surfaces (PT2). This classic rapid disinfectant is suitable for the disinfection of surfaces in close proximity to patients where there is an increased risk of infection and a need for short contact times. Important information: The products mikrozid AF wipes and mikrozid AF liquid can be used to lift away dermatophytes. The mikrozid AF wipes can be used for wipe disinfection of surfaces/equipment (e.g. scissors and scissor heads) and the mikrozid AF liquid can be used as a disinfectant spray. In both cases, an exposure time of 2 minutes is recommended.

Refilling the can: First, sanitise your hands and put on fresh protective gloves and a lab coat. Please ensure that the gloves are not contaminated by different activities during the refilling process. Transfer the sticker with the expiry date to the dispensing can. Unscrew the lid, place the refill pouch fully inside the dispensing can (shape it to fit if necessary) and cut off the edge of the pouch. Pull the pre-tucked wipe from the centre of the roll, thread it from below into the guide slot in the lid provided for this purpose and pull it through. Disinfect the lid and screw it back on. For high-risk areas, Schülke recommends avoiding the use of refill pouches.
