Step 1: Remove dead skin cells with the Foot File
The first step of the home treatment is to remove hardened skin with the peclavus Foot File. The feet should be filed when dry. The foot file, which comes in an appealing pastel sand shade, is not only convenient in its ease-of-use, but its design also makes it an attractive bathroom accessory. The integrated file gently removes dead skin cells and smoothes the skin.

Step 2: A soothing foot bath to soften dry skin
For effective care of dry and rough skin, we recommend adding a tablespoon of the NATRUE-certified Moisturising Foot Bath to around three litres of warm water. A short bath time of 3-5 minutes is sufficient to gently soften the skin. Enriched with almond and organic sunflower oil, the product provides nourishing care. Camphor and menthol provide a particularly refreshing effect. The foot bath opens the pores and optimally prepares the skin for the next steps.
Step 3: Exfoliating foot scrub to further polish the skin
After the moisturising foot bath, your customers pamper their feet with the Moisturising Foot Scrub containing natural lava clay to further remove dead skin cells and polish the skin. The scrub should be massaged into the skin with circular motions. It is recommended to massage more vibrantly on rough areas such as the heels and balls of the feet or areas with strong calluses. The exfoliation scrub can then be rinsed off gently with lukewarm water.
The NATRUE-certified, nourishing, moisturising foot scrub combines the refreshing properties of camphor and menthol with the nourishing effect of almond oil, which is highly suitable for very dry and rough skin.
Finally, we recommend applying peclavus PODOcare Moisturising Foot Cream to the feet to round off the beautifully soft foot treatment.
Soft feet for your patients

Important and correctly selected ingredients are combined in the set:
- Almond oil: Obtained from sweet almonds, is rich in vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids, promotes skin hydration and strengthens the protective barrier. It is popular in skincare products such as moisturisers and lotions for dry or sensitive skin as it smoothes and moisturises the skin and is well absorbed by the skin.
- Sunflower oil: Rich in vitamin E, sunflower seed oil offers anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that are especially desirable in anti-ageing skincare products. It is light, quickly absorbed and is suitable for cleansing the skin along with caring for overworked feet, thanks to its regenerating and softening effect.
- Camphor: Obtained from the wood of the East Asian camphor tree. The oil has an antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, wound-healing and antibacterial effect. It promotes blood circulation in the feet and legs and can prevent muscle pain. Camphor also has a vibrant and soothing effect on the skin.
- Menthol: Is extracted from peppermint. The effect of menthol is based on its ability to activate special receptors on the skin and in the nose that are responsible for the perception of cold. This has taken the effect of dilating the blood vessels in the skin and increasing blood flow, which in turn helps to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. Menthol therefore has a cooling and anaesthetic effect on the skin and mucous membranes. It is used, for example, to relieve pain and itching and reduce inflammation. For this reason, it is also often used on irritated feet, for example.
