Almond oil is extracted from the sweet stone fruits of the almond tree and is one of the classic, especially mild vegetable oils. It has smoothing and moisturising properties and helps the skin to retain moisture. Thanks to its structure, which resembles the skin’s natural lipid layer, it is highly absorbed and is especially suitable for sensitive and dry skin. It leaves the skin feeling soft and silky and supports the skin’s natural barrier.
Shea butter is the fat extracted from the seeds of the shea tree. It is rich in natural fatty acids and skin-nourishing vitamins. Its moisturising properties support the skin’s barrier and help to reduce moisture loss without weighing the skin down. This leaves the skin noticeably more silky, soothed and with improved elasticity, especially for dry and stressed skin.
