First, insert the supplied batteries into the card reader. You can now connect the card reader to the cable and adapter and charge it for at least 3 hours. When switching on for the first time: Set an admin PIN and please make a note of it, as resetting the device via the Wordline service hotline incurs a charge. Next, set the date and time.
The card reader must first be paired with a stationary device, such as a PC or laptop, via the operating system, and only then with pododesk. If the card reader is to be used with a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet, pairing takes place directly via pododesk.
Go to "Settings", then to "Bluetooth and other devices" and select "Add device". Click on "Bluetooth". A screen will open showing available Bluetooth devices. Select the ORGA 930 care. Click on "Connect". On the card reader, you must now confirm "Pair BT?" by pressing the "OK" button; only then will the card reader be paired. Once both processes have been confirmed on both devices, the card reader will be paired with the PC.
Enable Bluetooth on your Android smartphone (Apple mobile devices are not supported). Now open pododesk and enter the practice. Tap the map icon (to the right of the global search). Now select "Connect". You must then select ORGA 930 care from the list of paired devices and click "Pair". On the card reader, confirm "Pair BT?" by pressing "OK". Once pairing is successful, the card icon on the pododesk page will light up green.
This is only possible if the card icon is lit up green. Click on the green card icon and select "Read eGK data". Now insert the health card into the device and select ‘Read data’ in the pop-up window. The following scenarios can now occur:
