Are legal requirements and other regulations considered in my room concept planning?

For every planning, we consider the regulations of the trade association, as well as the health and public order office. For podiatrists with health insurance approval, the applicable requirements from the Heilmittelrichtlinie (regulations for healthcare services) in connection with the SGB V (Social Code Book V) are also taken into account.

Who will implement my planning wishes and how can I express them?

Our experienced room concept planning team, together with our interior designer, takes care of implementing your wishes. We will discuss all rooms and your individual ideas by phone or on-site after receiving the dimensioned floor plan and your order. These will then be implemented by our room concept planners. Renovation work will be planned by RUCK but cannot be executed. For this, we recommend consulting professionals.

How can I commission changes?

After receiving the first floor plan, we will consult with you again and check if your wishes can be fulfilled. You can then suggest further changes, and we will adjust the floor plan for you. Along with the completed planning, you will receive a 3D plan for a better view of your new practice.

Can existing furniture be integrated into the planning?

Yes, during the first phone call where we discuss your wishes, you can inform us about existing furniture, and we will incorporate it into the plan. Depending on the manufacturer of the furniture, it may not be possible to replicate it 1:1 in the planning.

Is the interior design planning free of charge?

The design fee is 275 euros (plus VAT) for 0–100 m²; for areas exceeding this, the fee is 2 euros per additional 1 m². For interior design commissions of 6,000 euros or more, the design fee will be credited.
You can also benefit from our project discount of up to 10%. It’s well worth the investment.

How much does interior design cost?

All planning takes into account the guidelines issued by the employers’ liability insurance association along with the Health and Public Order Office. In the case of podiatrists registered with the statutory health insurance scheme, the applicable requirements of the Therapeutic Products Directive, along with SGB V, are also observed.

Who will incorporate my planning requests, and how can I make them known?

Our expert spatial planning team, working alongside our interior designer, will ensure your requirements are met. Once we have received the dimensioned floor plan and your commission, we will discuss all the areas and your specific ideas with you, either over the phone or in person. Our spatial planners will then incorporate these ideas. RUCK will plan any renovation work, but cannot incorporate it. We recommend that you engage specialist contractors for this.

Yes, yet during our first phone call, when we discuss your requirements, you can let us know about any existing furniture you have, and we will incorporate it into the design. Depending on the manufacturer of the furniture, we can't always replicate it exactly in the design.
